At Running Solutions we see many runners with injuries. Many of these injuries could have been prevented by various factors. One of these factors is smuscle strength! That’s why we thought it would be a good idea to show you a easy way of strength training! Below you can see several videos of exercises using exercise bands.
By using the exercise bands resistance will be added to the exercises. You do not need expensive gym equipment to do strength exercises!
